You will find the customer number on your last invoice.

Annual gross working hours

You will receive this number from your tax consultant/payroll office or on your DÜ protocol from the wage tax registration. You must also report this information to your statutory accident insurance (e.g. the BGN).
Note:

The annual gross working hours 2025 are the total number of hours actually worked by all employees in your company between January 1, 2025 and December 31, 2025. If you unexpectedly do not have any records of the annual gross working hours, either by machine or in writing (e.g. for very small companies), please send us an email to buchhaltung@ubu.de.
Note: Please understand that the number of employees can only be stated in justified exceptional cases.
