Frequently asked questions about switching (FAQ)

Why do I need occupational safety?
According to the law, you as an employer are obliged to implement and ensure occupational health and safety. This also benefits your own goals as an entrepreneur, as it improves and ensures the health and safety of your employees.
Why should I change the ASD*BGN?
As an entrepreneur, you may organize your occupational safety (ASD) independently. We arrange exemption from compulsory membership of the ASD with the BGN (ASD*BGN) so that you can benefit from our better conditions.
When can I switch?
You can switch from the BGN to us as your occupational health and safety service provider at any time of the year. As a rule, a change takes 4 weeks after signing the contract.
What does occupational health and safety cost me at ubu?
Our price depends on the number of employees (measured by the number of gross working hours) in your company. Thanks to our many years of experience and efficient working methods, we can make you a favorable offer. The change is free of charge for you. Please feel free to contact us.
What does the service at ubu include?
We offer the legally required, needs-oriented support in accordance with DGUV Regulation 2.
